IMPORTANT INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
All items shipped outside of the UK are subject to customs tax. Unfortunately, 9 out of 10 customers do not pay this fee, even though couriers make up to five attempts to collect it. When the tax is not paid, the parcel is returned to us, causing delays and disruptions.
To prevent this, we now include the customs tax in the shipping cost. This means you will no longer be asked to pay it on delivery — we take care of it in advance when creating your shipment.
This change will save everyone time, avoid unnecessary returns, and reduce extra costs.
