Running Mad proudly stands as an independent Non-Profit Organisation. We emphasize that we have no affiliations with any other company unless we explicitly state such affiliations, particularly in cases of sponsoring medals.

When you use our website and take part in our challenges, you are bound by these Running Mad Terms and Conditions. Please be aware that we reserve the right to periodically update and amend these terms, so we encourage you to check them regularly. For any entries or product purchases, they will be governed by the terms and conditions in place at the time of your order, subject to any necessary legal adjustments.
Your Eligibility
By submitting an entry through our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 and participating in a Family or Children’s Challenge, please note that your entry must be submitted by a parent or guardian.
Our Pricing
Our challenge entry prices are prominently displayed on relevant pages, and we strive for accuracy. However, human errors can occur, and we reserve the right to cancel entries with incorrect prices.
Payment and Confirmation
Upon submitting your entry, you will promptly receive an email confirmation from us. This confirmation serves as your commitment to complete the challenge and submit your evidence within the agreed timeframe. After verifying your payment, we will dispatch your well-deserved reward on the scheduled date, contingent on receiving and verifying your evidence.

No Warranty
It’s essential to note that our website is operated from the UK, and we do not assert suitability or availability in other locations. Users accessing our site from other geographical areas do so at their own discretion and are responsible for adhering to local laws. Our Liability
Our liability for any losses due to a breach of this agreement is limited to the entry price of the challenge you entered.
