Run like something is chasing you. The Zombie Run Challenge is a Halloween virtual running challenge with attitude, rewarding every survivor with a gruesomely good finisher medal.

Pick your escape route

Choose from 1.5 miles to 100 miles and complete it however you like – jog, run, walk, cycle, swim or mix it up. The only rule is to keep moving.
