The Power Runners Challenge is a proper progression series. Each ranger is tied to a stepped distance, so the further you go the more of the set you unlock. Start at 5K in green and work your way up.

This is the series for anyone who wants structure rather than a one-off medal. Each colour is a genuine step up, and the set only looks complete when you have earned every distance.

The seven rangers

• Green – 5 kilometres, Blue – 10 kilometres, Pink – 15 kilometres
• Yellow – 20 kilometres, Black – 25 kilometres
• Red – 30 kilometres, White – 35 kilometres
